One to One Therapy

Therapy here moves at your pace. You bring your unique story. We're not here to fix you or rush you toward a solution, but to listen, properly, and let what needs to surface come up in its own time.

You don't need to translate yourself for us. This is a queer-focused, anti-oppressive space, so the parts of your identity and experience that you've had to explain or defend elsewhere don't need explaining here, they're simply part of the room.

We work with more than words. Alongside talking, we draw on creative and embodied approaches, so if something is hard to put into language, that's not a dead end, there are other ways in.

Telling your story is not a step before the real work. It is the work and it can be, in itself, an act of recognition and relief.
