What we work with

Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, shame, identity and coming out, relationship and intimacy issues, burnout, disconnection. Individual and couples therapy, in person and online.

How we work

This is a queer-focused, anti-oppressive space. Identity and experience you've had to explain or justify elsewhere don't need explaining here.

We use more than talking therapy. We also draw on creative and embodied approaches, for when language isn't the easiest way in.
